Troubleshooting
If your problem is not here, email support@webrank.si with what you were doing, what you saw and the website you track. A screenshot helps.
My dashboard has no data#
A new workspace needs one to three minutes to collect its first answers, and the Overview updates by itself. If it is still empty after five minutes:
- Open Prompts and press Manually run all.
- If you see a limit message, see "I see a run limit message" below.
- Check that you have active prompts and that at least one AI model is enabled in Settings.
- If nothing changes, contact us.
I see a "run limit" message#
There are two limits. The monthly limit is your plan's allowance. The daily limit stops one account from using the whole month in a single day. If the message mentions today, it resets tomorrow (UTC) and your monthly allowance is not used up. If the monthly limit is reached, you can upgrade or wait for the reset. See Plans and limits.
I did not receive the confirmation email#
Check your spam and promotions folders for a message from no-reply@webrank.si. On the confirmation screen use Send again after a short wait. Add no-reply@webrank.si to your contacts if it keeps landing in spam. If it still does not arrive, write to us from another address.
I forgot my password#
On the log in page choose Forgot password and enter your email. We send a link to choose a new one.
One assistant shows no answers#
Some assistants answer only when they have something to say. For example, Google AI Overviews appears only when Google shows one for that search. If an assistant shows nothing for several days, tell us which one.
Visibility is 0% or very low#
That usually means assistants do not recommend you yet. See Reading your results and start the AI Rank Playbook.
The numbers differ from what I see when I ask an assistant myself#
Assistants personalize and vary their answers, and they differ by country and by whether you are logged in. WebRank asks neutrally, many times, and reports the share, which is steadier than one conversation.
Google Analytics will not connect#
The connection is going through Google's review, so Google may show a notice that the app is not yet verified. Everything else in WebRank works without it. See AI Traffic or email us for help.
