Plans and limits
Every plan includes unlimited prompts, unlimited team members and workspaces, all AI models and the REST API and MCP server. Plans differ in monthly usage and in how often your prompts refresh. All plans start with a 3-day free trial.

Answer runs#
An answer run is one answer from one assistant to one of your prompts. Some assistants count more because they cost more to query:

The daily limit#
To keep the service fast for everyone, one organization can use about twice its even daily share of the monthly allowance in a single day: roughly 300 answer runs a day on Starter and 900 on Pro. If you reach it, the message says so, your monthly allowance is not used up, and it resets the next day (UTC).
When you reach a limit#
- Monthly answer runs: scheduled runs pause until the 1st, or you can upgrade.
- Research, content, workflow or Copilot limits: the feature shows a message and continues next month, or after you upgrade.
- Failed runs (for example when an assistant is unavailable) are not counted against you.
