Your data and privacy

What we store#
- Account data: your email, name and profile picture from the sign-in method you chose.
- Workspace data you enter: your website, brand and competitors, tracked prompts, tags, brand facts, generated content and workflows.
- AI answers and analysis: the answers assistants give to your prompts, the sources they cite, and our analysis of mentions, position and sentiment.
- Usage counts for plan limits, and basic logs kept for security.
Who it is shared with#
Only the companies that run WebRank for us: Google Firebase and Google Cloud (sign-in and database), Cloudflare (hosting), AI providers that answer your prompts (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, Perplexity, and DataForSEO for Google AI Overviews), Stripe (payments), and Resend (account emails). Your prompts and brand context go to the AI providers to get answers. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to train AI models.
Who can see your data#
Only the members of your organization, and anyone you give a shared dashboard link. Treat shared links like passwords and revoke them when they are no longer needed.
Delete data#
- A workspace: owners and admins can delete it in the app. Its answers, prompts, content and related data are then removed from our systems.
- Your account and everything in it: email support@webrank.si from your account address and we will do it.
Disconnect Google Analytics#
Open AI Traffic, choose Manage connection, then Disconnect. This revokes the access with Google and deletes the credential from our systems. You can also remove WebRank at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Your API key#
Anyone with your API key can read your workspace data. Treat it like a password and create a new one if it leaks. See API and MCP.
